CARDIO KICK-BOXING

Cardio kickboxing has become very popular in the last few years, and more and fitness trainers have added it to their routine, it is however a discipline in which the trainer must have a thorough understanding of the mechanics of the movements in order to teach his or her students safely. More and more injuries are surfacing as a result of incorrect training.

At All About You Fitness you are trained by an instructor with a minimum of 10 years experience in the field, and you will learn how to execute the movements safely and effectively, no matter what your goals are - weight loss, fitness, sparring or self defense.

We use traditional kicking techniques (knee kick, front kick, roundhouse kick, back kick, hook kicks, spinning kicks, etc.) and hand techniques (blocks, punches, hooks, upper cuts, elbow strikes, hammer fists, knife hands, etc.) and basic footwork (shuffle, step, slide, circle, v-step, etc.) in our drills and combinations.

As training equipment we use focus mitts, shield, paddles, bounce bag, heavy bag and double end ball to keep mixing things up and building an understanding of the different applications.
